About Tilly's and Teddy's:Tilly's and Teddy's was founded as part of a small business honouring the time the founder spent caring for their Nana's dogs during Covid. Tilly and Teddy are rescue dogs who adore their home and walks in Wales. This led the founder to understand the challenges an owner has in sourcing the best products for these dogs that will last. From there Tilly's and Teddy's was born.

We use Amazon fulfilment for shipping our products to customers.
Orders under £20 will be £2.99 standard shipping which will arrive in 3-5 business days. You will have the option to select express shipping at checkout for an additional fee.
Orders of £20 and over but under £50 will be free standard shipping and will arrive in 3-5 business days. You will have the option to select express shipping at checkout for an additional fee.
Orders of £50 and over will be free express shipping and will arrive in 1-2 business days.
Returns
We use Amazon fulfilment for our shipping so if you need to return a product for any reason please email info@TillysAndTeddys.com and we will send you a pre-paid returns label to return the product.
The responsibility for printing this label and attaching it to the item to be returned remains with the customer.
